Hi, we are Urvina Shah & Anjali Gudhka
Urvina & Anjali are co-founders of UKAN Coaching and The Ultimate Career Transformation System.
Urvina has worked for 28+ years within the National Health Service as a Therapeutic Radiographer of which 15+ years were as a Clinical Learning Facilitator working with students and staff towards their career and personal development.
Anjali has worked in the financial services industry for 15+ years spending majority of her time training, developing teams, mentoring and coaching teams whilst navigating organisational structures and culture to enhance her own career.
Together we specialise in helping professional women move from being stuck in their careers to doing what they enjoy with confidence.
Our approach is based on our personal journeys and experiences within our respective careers, using our own systems to transform careers from stagnation to ascension.
